Any public pin URL: standard image pins, video pins, idea pins, and pin.it shortlinks. Private board pins aren't accessible without logging in — Pinterest account login is coming soon.

What resolution will I get?

We fetch the highest resolution Pinterest exposes for that pin — usually the original upload. If multiple sizes are available, you can pick from the Quality selector before downloading.

Do you store the pins I download?

No. Pindown forwards the request to Pinterest, streams the file back to you, and forgets it. We don't keep a history.

Can I download a whole board at once?
